Oil-bearing part of the plant: Lavender essential oil is extracted by steam distillation of the flowering inflorescences of lavender

Origin: Bulgaria

Appearance: Transparent liquid

Color: yellowish to yellowish-green

Aroma: a light, fresh herbal aroma characteristic of lavender flowers

Ingredients: linalyl acetate, linalol, lemon, borneol, geraniol, cinnol, octane, terpineol, piny, camphene, coumarin, camphor, etc. Linalyl acetate, depending on the conditions of cultivation varies from 30 to 60%. Linalyl acetate must be at least 33%;

Storage: Store in tightly closed containers at 5 - 15ºC, without direct exposure to sunlight and other heat sources.

Usage: Lavender oil is widely used in skin and hair care. Stimulates regeneration of cells. It acts rejuvenating, protects the skin from premature aging. Maintains skin elasticity, balances skin greasing, prevents the formation of acne (removes redness and swelling). Promotes oral prophylaxis. Helps reduce dandruff, stimulates hair growth, acts on nail strengthening. It freshenes clothes in wardrobes and is used to clean the air. Removes unpleasant smells in the rooms.

In medicine, lavender oil is used in colds, colds, bronchitis and other respiratory diseases. It acts soothing under stressful conditions and insomnia, as for a restful sleep you drop 1-2 drops on the pillow. It is also used for insect bites and burns. Effective action is a massage with lavender oil to relieve joint and muscle pain.

Used as a top note in perfumery. In AROMA therapy, it is well combined with essential rose oil. Bulgarian lavender oil is among the most valued in the international market. It is also used in the culinary industry.
